What in the World is Triple M?
Please be warned that e following content may bore you to tears.
Cosmic Laws. You may or may not come across that term but I bet you live your life by them. From e Law of Attraction, e Law of Karma (some call it Cause & Effect) to common ones such as e Law of Gravity.
It's more scientific than spiritual really. I study 'Metaphysics' through books and online resources for general knowledge. You could say it's one of my many hobbies. Now back to Cosmic Laws, there're two that intrigues me e most. Allow me to share.
One is e Law of Attraction which I've already mentioned, and e other is e Law and Power of Mind over Matter. The latter is something you probably have heard of it a gazillion times but e question is, do you apply it?
Think about it.
Let's just talk about e Power of Mind over Matter. There're plenty of 500-page books out there on this subject but let me to break it down for you in one sentence. I got this from somewhere, it stated "Whatsoever humans can conceive and believe, they can achieve."
Take this for example. Two weeks ago I failed my IPPT (Individual Physical Proficiency Test), particular in e 2.4KM run where my timing was shockingly dreadful. It was horrendous. That night I told myself, "My IPPT window closes in 10 days' time, I don't want to end up in RT. I'm better than this, this isn't my limit. I just need to push myself harder".
I repeated that in my thoughts throughout e week - on e way to work, at work and just before I sleep. Not a single form of training was done to prepare myself physically. No push-ups, nothing. It was all simply for e fact that I threw away disappointment and placed complete trust in my body. I just needed to strenghten my mind.
Mind over Matter. Mind over Body. Same principle.
Seven days later, I ran whilst still holding onto that thought. This time round, my chest didn't seem tight, my pace was steady, my knees were strong, my breathing was easy . Hence, e run itself was easy.
I attained neither a Gold nor Silver award but I was quicker by a whole minute or so. For that, I was granted with a $100 cash incentive. I passed. Like I said, it was simply a case of mind over matter, in just a week. I walked back to e lockers feeling energetic instead of being worn down after e whole endurance test. Wizard.

This achievement was e result of applying 'Triple M', otherwise known as (giggles) e 'Melvin Mah Method'. I can picture you laughing along with me, well that's okay. However, I would like to say it works for me.
The magic is that I can apply 'Triple M' to many other obstacles.
You see I placed concepts into a tangible method. It was named to provide a sense of ownership, and with ownership, it doesn't belong to others. You can share but it's never theirs. Know what I mean?
You name a company, it's your company, your responsibility. You name a dog, it's your dog, your responsibility. Likewise I named a method, I call it my own, it's then my responsibility to embrace.
You can jolly well name whatever method or principle you would like to adopt. It's just a name but it's yours to own. The key is to understand how it'll work for you, e best possible way. Give some thoughts to it.
"Whatsoever humans can conceive and believe, they can achieve."
Remember this line and start believing in yourself from today. Believe me, all it takes is a split second to shift yourself into this positive frame of mind, and e change could be phenomenal. Good luck with it! - M
